Sebastian Blair is a leadership coach and trainer, who thrives on helping people to think differently. Seb's favourite questions are why not? and what difference will that make? and he enjoys working with client teams to get to the answers.

Over the last fifteen years, Seb has run people development, key account management and performance improvement programmes working primarily with organisations across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. For the past seven years, Seb has specialised in embedding better relationship management skills in client teams, through coaching and personal development programmes, to help them build stronger, more profitable customer accounts and to develop more rewarding relationships with their own staff. Seb brings energy and focus to any assignment and has learnt from experience that problems can become opportunities when the right people come together.

A Cranfield MBA, fluent in French and German, when he's not working Seb can be found acting as a chauffeur, nanny or referee for his three small children, looking for records for his Wurlitzer jukebox, destroying a golf course near you, or dreaming about the day when his beloved Tranmere Rovers reach their rightful place in the promised land of the English Premier League.

Seb founded twenty20 in 2006.

Zacharia El Harouchy is a consultant, trainer and programme manager, who has dedicated his career to understanding the impact organisational and team culture have on performance. Zach finds that the most fulfilling projects are investigating how teams work and capturing what do we do well? and what is holding us back? in a methodical way, so that leaders can embed desired behaviours and ensure they are not just successful by accident!

Starting his career as an accountant with Ernst and Young gave Zach a good appreciation of the need for robust processes and a methodical approach to project and programme management. After three years of projects with several global organisations and their multi-national workforces, Zach joined the Maersk Group. He stayed at Maersk for ten years and gained senior operational experience across Finance, HR, Customer Service and Port Terminal Operations in five different countries, across several Maersk Divisions. For the last four years, Zach has specialised in major projects, applying his blend of commercial, financial and people skills to several green field construction and organisational transformation programmes.

Away from the office, Zach has an impressive collection of used passports and travel visas, having lived and worked in India, Morocco, Ivory Coast, Germany, the United Kingdom, the US, Saudi Arabia and Spain. A French national, he has now returned to La Patrie, is based in Paris and has promised his wife they will not move again....yet! When he is not globetrotting in a professional sense, he is probably globetrotting in a Harlem sense, as he plays basketball (and several other sports) to a very high standard. Zach speaks fluent French, English, Spanish and Arabic.

Jane Marshall is a coach, facilitator, consultant and trainer who believes wholeheartedly that anyone can be motivated to make a difference. Jane is never happier than when a client asks her to undertake an impossible challenge! Working with both individuals and teams, Jane's main focus is on personal effectiveness and motivation.

Jane had seven years operational production management experience and five years of senior HR Management experience before she started her consultancy, which she has now been running successfully for 16 years. (That is why the picture isn't any bigger so you can't see the wrinkles!!). Her clients are in both the private and public sector and her assignments tend to be everything and anything to do with people, including managing change after new senior appointments or mergers, employment law, performance management, balanced scorecards and communication & influencing. Jane's favourite area of work is one to one coaching both with high performers wanting to achieve more and with people who know their jobs are under threat if they don't find a way of working differently.

When she is not working Jane loves to be in the countryside and particularly going to visit her brother where she grew up in the Isles of Scilly. Having survived three boys all going to university and clocked up many miles with heavy boxes over the years, Jane is now looking forward to spending time with her grandchildren - in about 20 years time!

Paul Chivers qualified as a management accountant and following a 22 year career in the armed forces, has been a management consultant and trainer in the Ministry of Defence, the Capita Group and Deloitte. Paul has worked at an operational level as a project manager in defence procurement and has overseen many organisational and process change reviews and projects which required new financial controls, processes and wider organisational development.

Paul’s approach to working with clients is to unlock the answers within a client organisation, but also to seek creative solutions by applying his vast experience from the MoD, wider central government and the private sector. Paul is a stickler for unearthing, drawing together and cutting and dicing financial and non-financial information from a wide variety of sources, to allow clients to understand the impact their plans and decisions will have on their organisation strategically and operationally. He applies a methodical and disciplined approach to projects learnt in the army, but has mellowed with age and no longer expects clients to "do forty press ups" before each meeting.

Paul is a keen sportsman still playing the occasional game of football, but mainly keeps his strength up by providing a very efficient taxi for his two teenage daughters. He is also a volunteer mentor working with homeless people.
